I’ve been planning my TGS 2011 trip and thinking about what games to see. Currently, the only game I’m absolutely, 100%, no-doubt-about-it going to see is PSO2. I’m not too interested in any other Sega titles so afterwards, I might head to the Sony booth to try out some of the Vita titles. Sony is just across the aisle from Sega so it should be easy goings. I’m worried that there will be incredibly long lines though. There were huge lines for Move last year and Vita tops Move’s popularity so I may go and see Konami’s Frontier Gate. Checking out the end of the PSP before I see it’s successor.
This year, I think I might take my own lunch. The worst part of the trip last year was pushing through the hordes of people in order to make it to the food court only have to wait in line and push through hordes of people to get to where they were actually selling food. After that, I might try PSO2 and some more Vita games again if they haven’t cut off the lines yet.
If you’ve never been to the public day at TGS, you may think this is a pretty light schedule and it may be but TGS can be very tiring even if you’ve got a plan. Once my plan is done, I may just leave but that’s something I’ll decide once I get there.
